For clarification-Purposes an <br /> email was received from Town Counsel dated September 12, 2011 regarding the <br /> appropriation and expenditure of CPA funds under Article 16. <br /> Motion made by Mr.O'Hara to approve payment to Town Counsel in the <br /> amount of$420 as referenced.
