She handed out a prepared letter of <br /> resignation, Ht the end of our meeting she agreed to stag on <br /> sCo-Chairman along with Paul i nipler acting as our other <br /> Co-Chairman. <br /> Discussion regarding a time limit to use funds awarded to <br /> grant applicant was reuiewed. It was deeded the time <br /> frame would be flprfl 1 to Rpril 1 , We came to this des i ion <br /> after Jodi Clinger eHplained the need for a tray time in order <br /> to coordinate an aullable date with the facility, orchestra <br /> etc... <br /> Lout Informed the committee there was $5,,700, in our <br /> account, From that we will hold out $500. for Cape P Island <br /> Jazz Coll boratloa,, which was awarded to them last year. <br /> This money must be used bg R ril 1 , 1997. This left the <br /> committee a total of $5,2011 to be awarded this euenln . <br /> Reuiew of applicants in order of presentation: <br /> 1 . Kenneth C. Coombs SchOO1, Scenes from Rmericana. <br /> Nick Feldman and Jan Ford-BeHley Ford- lpresented this project <br /> which would inuolue three fifth grade classes each painting <br /> chosen aspect of Rmerican history.
