He was sine that would be agreeable to Mr. White.. if <br /> the Commission would like to remove the other three floats that have been added <br /> illegally since the licensing procedure, but he felt strongly that the additional <br /> pilings they are askinfor is something that the Commission should consider. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if he was asking to keep the 10 x 20 float; he was. if he is <br /> going to keep that float, since it is an illegal float, he will have to pay After- <br /> The-Fact filing fees. <br /> Vim: Notion made and seconded that an Enforcement order be issued that the two <br /> illegal floats be removed, a fine be issued to both parties, and After-The <br /> Fact filing fees be paid for pilings put in, as shown on the plan. Also, <br /> that the forward double piles be removed on the north end, that he provide <br /> • the name of the contractor who put in the piles and rye of the contractor <br /> who built the deck, that both parties be fined and after-the-fact fees be <br /> paid for the deck. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> VOTE Motion made and seconded that if he does not comply with the enforcement order <br /> by April 29, 1993, the date of the continued hearing, he will be fined $300. <br /> per day for violation of the Enforcement order. <br /> UM: Motion made and seconded that the filing for the deck be a separate issue <br /> and that -i t be sum.t t ed within 30 days, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to condition one float to x 20 and continue to a <br /> date certain to- receive the revised plan and narrative. <br /> M: Motion rade and seconded to continue to April 2 , 1993 at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the timber wall is part of this filing?
