Mr. Taylor stated haybales
were installed there yesterday.
Mn Sherman stated it will probably be necessary to have a formal filing for
restoration work.
Mr. Taylor stated the vernal pool is fortified by a sluiceway. There will be
less runoff into the area.
Mr. Homeyer suggested writing into the Enforcement Order a requirement that
catch basins be finished and they come back with an RDA with specific plantings
included in it.
Mr. Sherman stated the Commission carot make a determination without Dorman
Hayes delineation.
Public comments were requested: none.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination.
NBGATM T.
8:10 ROBS SHARKANSKY, 14 Wheelhouse Lane, continued from 4 November 1993.
Jeff Johnson presenting.
