Steve <br /> Wilson presenting. They had an Order for the existing pier, as it was. An ENF <br /> was filed and one requirement is to stop the float from resting on the bottom. <br /> The only changes from the previously approved plan are 411' pipe piles with float <br /> stops. <br /> Mr. Sherman concurred this is a better solution. <br />! <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked how they mould be adjusted and was told the dock person who <br /> puts theme in will do this. She suggested conditioning that they be done properly <br /> each year. It was noted the float and ramp are removed and stored each year. <br /> Public conments were requested; there were none. <br /> Motion made and seconded to amend the Order of Conditions and condition <br /> that the agent be advised of the adjustments that have to be rade every <br /> year for the placement of the float. <br /> CLOMOi <br /> *10 JX4ES MITCHELL for a Determination of Applicability oraproposal to fasten <br />' horizontal wood planks to the waterside of an existing wood bulkhead at lob Waterway. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised this hearing is only because of the lack of abutter notification. <br /> It could not be ascertained that this notification had been received. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded that Mr. Mitchell readvertise and renotify abutters <br /> for this RDA.. <br /> Mr: Sherman will write a strong letter to advise the Commission will consider <br /> requiring removal of the. structure if he does not comply with the letter of the <br /> law. <br /> 8:20 GLADSTONERM TRUST for a Determination of Applicability on the <br /> removal and replacement of existing decks at 28 Riverview Ave. , Cotuit Bay <br /> Condominiu s. Henchy, present with Mr. Kaplan, asked who is going to do the work? <br /> Ms Lannik stated the Commission has an applicant requesting an RDA, the Commission <br /> cannot go too much beyond that. <br />
