It was not. <br /> Ms Lamik stated this problem is between association members and Gladstone Realty <br /> Trus t. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this can be closed as soon as a plan is received. <br /> Atty Henchy stated they will lay back and let the applicant go through. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close at the next hearing after receipt of <br /> plans. <br /> D BE CLOSED, <br /> 8:30 ROCS PAS ASSOCIATION for- a Determination of Applicability <br /> proposed paving of Rock Island Rd. , Pine Avenue and Cross St. , i thin the existing <br /> road layout. Walter Dardano presenting. Abutter receipts were provided. <br /> Mr.. Sherman advised it is all in the buffer zone to a coastal bank. The applicant <br /> will be responsible for any increased erosion from the road. The RDA will be con- <br /> ditioned that they will have the responsibility dur-ing the nextyear to rectify <br /> any erosion problems. <br /> Public comments wereaI uested• there were none. <br /> V(M: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination with the condition <br /> that the Commission will have the right of inspection and the association <br /> will be responsible for Mitigation of any erosion problems that occur for <br /> one year after completion, <br /> . Dardano advised the work will be done next year. <br /> NEGATIVE WIM CSD . <br /> 8:40 JAMS H. KANTER to amend the Order of Conditions for SE -849 to include <br /> landscapes plan at #9 Kanter day. The agent presented for Mr. Kanter. They <br /> want to put in a gravel drive with rai .rod ties on the side. It is 35 feet <br /> from the top of the-bank with an J,ncline upward. He suggested amend the Order <br /> of Conditions as per plan. <br /> Public coiTments were requested; none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to amend the Order of Conditions for SE 43-849 <br /> per plan. <br /> 8:50 S-LENM B for the construction of a five bedroom septic sstem and <br /> estimated building permit to include maintenance landscaDing wa thin the 100 <br /> foot buffer zone of the' coastal bank at 528 Triton day. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue to 9:30 p.m. <br />
