Walter Dardano presenting. Abutter receipts were provided. Mr.. Sherman advised it is all in the buffer zone to a coastal bank. The applicant will be responsible for any increased erosion from the road. The RDA will be con- ditioned that they will have the responsibility dur-ing the nextyear to rectify any erosion problems. V(M: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination with the condition that the Commission will have the right of inspection and the association will be responsible for Mitigation of any erosion problems that occur for one year after completion, . The agent presented for Mr. Kanter. They want to put in a gravel drive with rai .rod ties on the side. It is 35 feet from the top of the-bank with an J,ncline upward. He suggested amend the Order of Conditions as per plan. Public coiTments were requested; none.
