11 <br /> Board of Selectmen <br /> Minutes <br /> November 19, 2012 <br /> LIAISON REPORTS: <br /> Elections: Appreciation was given to the Town Clerk,her staff and the many <br /> volunteers who participated in the recent election. <br /> Special Events: Upcoming is the Annual Thanksgiving Dinner and the 7h Annual <br /> Christmas Parade. <br /> EDIC: The ERIC is scheduled to meet after the Thanksgiving holiday. Plans are <br /> underway to move forward with the process to sell or lease EDIC property located <br /> in the Industrial Park. <br /> Environmental Oversight: Of interest, Richard York, Mashpee's Shellfish <br /> Constable is working on a detailed nitrogen loading plan which may result in a <br /> cost savings to the town. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to adjourn at 7:20 p.m. <br /> The Board will enter into Executive Session at this time for the purpose of <br /> discussing the possible purchase of real property.
