4�Frp otivry o�n `Sl1l11LE L�' TOWN OF MASHPEE COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Community Preservation Committee of the Town of Mashpee hereby gives notice of a Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, September 08, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in conference zoom#1 of the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee. The purpose of this hearing is to conduct a public informational meeting as directed by the Community Preservation Committee bylaw on the needs,possibilities and resources of the town as they relate to historic preservation,recreation, affordable housing and open space. At this hearing, information about application procedures for the funding of projects at the Annual Town Meeting in May of 2010 from the Community Preservation Fund will be provided, and responses to questions from interested parties will be given. Also,the Community Preservation Committee will accept any written or oral testimony about needs, possibilities and resources from the public, from interested town departments, boards and committees or from town officials.
