4�Frp otivry o�n <br /> `Sl1l11LE L�' <br /> TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE <br /> PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> The Community Preservation Committee of the Town of Mashpee hereby gives notice of <br /> a Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday, September 08, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in conference <br /> zoom#1 of the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee. The purpose <br /> of this hearing is to conduct a public informational meeting as directed by the <br /> Community Preservation Committee bylaw on the needs,possibilities and resources of <br /> the town as they relate to historic preservation,recreation, affordable housing and open <br /> space. <br /> At this hearing, information about application procedures for the funding of projects at <br /> the Annual Town Meeting in May of 2010 from the Community Preservation Fund will <br /> be provided, and responses to questions from interested parties will be given. Also,the <br /> Community Preservation Committee will accept any written or oral testimony about <br /> needs, possibilities and resources from the public, from interested town departments, <br /> boards and committees or from town officials. <br /> Edward Larkin <br /> Clerk <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br />
