Conservation Conndssion <br /> February 13, 1992 <br /> • Page 2. <br /> Area # - south of the ponds: They are talking about filling and bringing those <br /> roads together. <br /> Under inspection and monitoring, Pages 14, 1 , and 1 , are detailed explanations of <br /> landscaping narrative with spacing and types. The Commission does not have document <br /> "'Ell s yet. <br /> They will amend the order one more time for ,the intermittent strewn. <br /> Mr. Homeyer would require that a statement be signed that the order of Conditions <br /> has been read and understood. Ms Fantozzi had no problem with that being conditioned. <br /> Mr. Sherman, referencing access, stated he would go on site to check wring a storm <br /> event; other than that, advance notice would be given. <br /> Ms Fantod stated that is clearly understood. <br /> Public Comments were requested; there were none. <br /> = Motion made and seconded to close the hearing for the Amended order. <br /> Unanimous Note. <br /> . <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the letter submitted outlining the course of action should be <br /> discussed at some time tonight. <br /> Ms Fantoi stated they met on-site and agreed a Notice of Intent will be filed. <br /> Also, plans were discussed for the whole area. She would like to meet with <br /> subconrdttee to sit down and show where they are going. They can file for the <br /> subject of the Enforcement order but they are planAAng modifications in the <br /> immediate area. They could file or wait until they know what the full thrust is <br /> going to be. <br /> i M Intent would be needed within a month. e asked <br /> Mr. Shermnan felt the Notice o ten <br /> them to do no more topographical alterations and do not remove the asphalt. <br /> Ms Fantozzi will meet with Mr. Sheen to work out details. <br /> 7:15 JOSEM CARDNER for an Amended order of Conditions under SE 43-959 for permission <br /> to relocate the well at 59 Surf give. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised an extension permit was requested. When .he went out to inspect <br /> the area, it was necessary to have -it restaked. When restaked and flagged, he noted <br /> the well was within a BVW. A► consultant was called upon who ascertained this also. <br /> The Amended order is to put the well outside of the BV . <br /> Plans were reviewed with the new well location, <br /> Mr. Gardner advised the well may not be necessary with town water coring in. <br /> Mr. Sherman .stated it can be conditioned if town water is available, the well will <br /> i <br /> be abandoned. Mr. Gardner agreed. <br /> The new well location was acceptable. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the septic plan has to be approved. <br /> OM: Motion made and seconded to issue an Amended order of Conditions with the <br /> conditions that if town water is available, no well will be put on site and <br /> that it meets all Board of Health requirements. unanimous vote. <br />
