It was agreed to hold the on- sit at 10:00 .m. WILLOWBEND: Mr. Homeyer askedif anyone had ever tried to get the agent to step back on anything to do with Willowbend' Mr. Sherman advised no one ever had done this and he would have reported it to the commission if they had. A session was held with the volunteer to initiate a filing. He left stating he would take the fence out and was not happy with the procedure. The consensus was that Mr. Courtemanche would have to file to remove it. It was agreed to wait for his letter, A memo to be sent to Kevin Harrington and the Selectmen t update them. WILLIM AN: Amended order request has been filed. Mr. Sanicki has admitted the wall is 10 feet longer but is within the l % rule. It is not damaging the envirornent. They will be replaced with haybales; this was agreeable. - Certificate of Compliance will be' released when a letter is received from the Attorney representing the purchaser of the property on behalf of his client stating he is aware of the Notice of Intent and requirements. /HANCCKX: Certificate of Compliance requested. There is an issue of holding up on passing of papers. prywell installation questioned. Certification of installation to be provided. Ms Lark stood down.
