There is 2 - 3 feet of <br /> water around the dock. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated it can be conditioned if any shellfish are disturbed., they must <br /> be replenished. <br /> Mr. sanicki advised the existing rocks are going to be utilized. It can be con- <br /> ditioned if the commission wants them to be -irregular faced. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it can be continued to April 9 at 7:15 based on a meetingbe <br /> held with the Agent and Dave Sanies • <br /> � pursuant to delineating any areas of marsh <br /> grass. Dave Ryan to view -the site also. <br /> HIM : There was discussion regarding the February 22 meeting with New <br /> seabury to view all the sites and go over the orders of Conditions. It was agreed <br /> to hold the on- sit at 10:00 .m. <br /> WILLOWBEND: Mr. Homeyer askedif anyone had ever tried to get the agent to step <br /> back on anything to do with Willowbend' Mr. Sherman advised no one ever had done <br /> this and he would have reported it to the commission if they had. <br /> A session was held with the volunteer to initiate a filing. He left <br /> stating he would take the fence out and was not happy with the procedure. The <br /> consensus was that Mr. Courtemanche would have to file to remove it. It was agreed <br /> to wait for his letter, A memo to be sent to Kevin Harrington and the Selectmen t <br /> update them. <br /> WILLIM AN: Amended order request has been filed. Mr. Sanicki has admitted <br /> the wall is 10 feet longer but is within the l % rule. It is not damaging the <br /> envirornent. <br /> VOM: Motion made and seconded that an After-The-Fact filing o an amended <br /> order g <br /> e be required for the wall. The s built plan to be recorded. <br /> DAN]IM'S ISLAND : Meeting was Meld on-site. Inspection revealed two <br /> large retaining walls and fence not shown and also, cutting above the marsh. A <br /> new Notice of Intent to be fried. <br /> Silt screens were not deployed. They will be replaced with <br /> haybales; this was agreeable. - <br /> Certificate of Compliance will be' released when a letter is received <br /> from the Attorney representing the purchaser of the property on behalf of his <br /> client stating he is aware of the Notice of Intent and requirements. <br /> /HANCCKX: Certificate of Compliance requested. There is an issue of <br /> holding up on passing of papers. prywell installation questioned. Certification <br /> of installation to be provided. <br /> Ms Lark stood down. The order of Conditions was seat outwith only <br /> three signatures and was conditionede with a <br /> permeable driveway instead of the <br /> agreed upon asphalt. To be reissued. <br />
