MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMIESSoM <br /> Mirrutes of February 20: 1992 Mip'sI L� V/ <br /> -Conmissioners present: Harry Desrosiers, Gertrude Simons, Frank Homeyer, Susana <br /> Lannik, Renee`-Fudala, Jack F1.tInn . <br /> 'the ,meeting was called to order at 7:00 p-moi <br /> origi-nally scheduled for 7:_00 p.m. The Commission was advised by <br /> Cape Cod Commission not to hold this hearing until the decision is issued in March. <br /> This should not be a subject for discussion this evening. <br /> CONTINUED- TO MARCH 19, 1992 -- 7:00 p.m. <br /> The Agent asked the Conudssion to reconsider two votes taken at the last meeting. <br /> Bayview Condominiums: Voted to deny without prejudice. He suggested something less <br /> stringent; pay a continuance fee and readvertise. <br /> After discussion, Mrs. Simmons was willing to change her Grote. Mr. Desrosiers also. <br /> The consensus was to reopen the hearing. <br /> OTE: Motion made and seconded to reopen the hearing for Bayview Condominiums and <br /> have then pay the fee to readvertise the hearing and that abutters be notified. <br /> A continuance fee will not be required. <br /> Mr. Fit s=* ons expressed concern that a precedent was being set. He would abstain <br /> from the vote. <br /> ALTR Y 7TTM: No one was preent for the hearing, nor dict they ca-11. The gentleman � <br /> did come in the next day. He feels that they have Learned their lesson and there is <br /> no environmental impact. A- letter was read from dark DiBiase. <br /> OTE: Motion made and seconded to rescind the positive determination on Allenby <br /> Tree. A letter to be sent that- the commission agrees to continue with the <br /> $30.00 fee and they are to readvertise and notify the abutters for a proper <br /> Request for-" ete nination of Applicability. <br /> D C : Cape & Islands Engineering is representing him. Question was raised concerning <br /> fees. Pictures were shown of the violation. <br /> VM: Motion made and seconded to separate the two item under the town bylaw and <br />' charge separate fees. Unanimous Vote. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers advised he was in touch with the Sandwich Conservation Commi <br />
