After discussion it was agreed the Concession should not hold up on the Amended Order and they should b given another month to provide the plan. FIs Lannik will research the letter re title n the land. Mr. Bonvie will be contacted regarding the venal pool. GREAT REALTY TRUST: A request was received to delete condition #32 re the $5.,000 performance bond. After discussion it was agreed if proof of the allegations do in paragraph one is provided to the Commission, this will be considered further. Question was raised if there is a paid contract ava11able for the labor? BMLM: Cape & Islands has supplied water depths. Dave Ryan and Paul. Somerville both feel dredging has been done. It was agreed a dredging fee should not be chargd=:.-but he should be made to grade it out and replace any shellfish. Vim; Motion made and seconded that a dredging fee will not be changed but the applicant will be required to grade it out and replant any shellfish stock.
