Conservation Comnussion <br /> W.... February 2 0, 1992 <br /> Page -2. <br /> will try to do Be1kin as an amended order. They propose one 'sieve analysis for every <br /> 1 000 cu. yd. They are going to tie into Burke, as best they can, and cone in with a <br /> second Notice of intent to tie in with Burke and Kolb. Nourishment will remain at <br /> 300 yards. ,x <br /> N Orders of Conditions issued for .the Dock and Addition. <br /> Orders of Conditions for septic and landscape on the bluff cottages were reviewed. <br /> Orders for docks: Ids Lamik to review. To be discussed at a later hearing. <br /> Proposed regulation re inspection of vegetation was distributed for review. It can <br /> be added to the Certificate of Compliance. . <br /> Southport: Letter received from Attorney Durm .ng re donation of Land. After discussion <br /> it was agreed the Concession should not hold up on the Amended Order and they should b <br /> given another month to provide the plan. FIs Lannik will research the letter re title <br /> n the land. <br /> Mr. Bonvie will be contacted regarding the venal pool. <br /> GREAT REALTY TRUST: A request was received to delete condition #32 re the <br /> $5.,000 performance bond. After discussion it was agreed if proof of the allegations <br /> do <br /> in paragraph one is provided to the Commission, this will be considered further. <br /> Question was raised if there is a paid contract ava11able for the labor? <br /> BMLM: Cape & Islands has supplied water depths. Dave Ryan and Paul. Somerville both <br /> feel dredging has been done. It was agreed a dredging fee should not be chargd=:.-but <br /> he should be made to grade it out and replace any shellfish. <br /> Vim; Motion made and seconded that a dredging fee will not be changed but the <br /> applicant will be required to grade it out and replant any shellfish stock. <br /> RAPIN: vegetation was cut; her dead from New Seabury gave permission to do this. Our <br /> volunteer is filling out the forms for her. The area is contiguous with the replanting <br /> t the teal Estate Pond. <br /> The vegetation at the pond has corm back. They were asked to put up monuments but <br /> Chris Burden does not like them. Whatever firs. Ravin is told to do, New Seabury <br /> should be told to do the same thing.. <br /> Mr. Sherman felt it does not make sense to require them to do plantings that have come <br /> back. The Commission should require them, as an Amended Order, to send out a letter <br /> to everyone that has that on their deed. He also felt monumenting should be required <br /> with both. It was suggested monu enting or natural delineation. <br /> MS Lannik recommended New Sea ur r submit a copy of the letter going out and a list <br /> of the people to whoa they sent it. She also suggested New Se b ry absorb the cost <br /> of invalidating the perms s s i n on the deeds. <br /> AHMED ORDS: Mr. Sherman stated he would like to change abutter notification on <br /> Amended Orders. Town counsel to be consulted.- - <br /> 5KOWM: Plan to be provided. Upon receipt, ' the hearing to be closed and the Order <br /> of Conditions issued. <br /> WILLOWBEND. The amended Order is in process. <br />
