Conservation Co fission March 12, 1992 Page 10. Enforcement - continued: New eabury -- Bliaff: On-,site was held three weeks ago. There has been no response to the Enforcement order or the on-site. The agent will check the status and send a letter. Karlotis: Dock with electrical, service and bubbler system, Susan St. Pierre wants to do this as an Amended Order, Mr. Sherman advised beneath the dock is a retaining wall five Feet high. A Notice of Intent is required, Motion made and seconded that a Notice of Intent be filed by Andrew Ka. iotis. susana Lannik abstained. iprin : Work has been done on the Popponesset Bridge. When asked, Mr. Viprino admitted he did it. He stated 'some guy told him to do lt, but he does not know his name' . A transcript on the meeting was distributed for review. The consensus was to see what can be done to ban him from any work in Mashpee. Mr. Homeyer advised theWater-ways Commission is upset with George Viprino. The reason he did it was Iso that he could move his equipment across the bridge. They felt Mr. Sherman is not approaching this w1th vigor. Mrs. Stmons stated if Waterways has a gripe with the Commisslon, they should come and talk with us. Mr. Homeyer asked that the Waterways Commission be sent a copy of what has been done here tonight; that is what they are asking for. Mr. Sherman. stated he is offended and shall made it known to Ben Gordon. He advised Mr. Viprino can be fined $300 per day for every day he does not file the required Notice of Intent. The Enforcement Order to be issued will require hen o file aNotice of Intent within one month and include an as built plan stamped by an engineer. I Motion made and seconded that an Enforcement Order be issued to George viprino requiring him to file a Notice of Intent within one month and that he provide an as-built plan stamped by a Registered Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer. Unanimous Vote. Biknaitis: Pre-trial-conference scheduled on March 25. A letter was received from the Assistant District Attorney stating the Agent does not need to be present. Ms Lanni stated Mr. Sherman has a night to be there legally and recon ended he be � y there with the evidence. Letter to be seat statulgMr. Sherman will be present with the evidence but if it is needed now, it will be provided. anedy: Additions filed for lasty ear. The Board of Health want-ed the well first. Letter to be sent that he must add the well to the filing which is unresolved. He will have to pint in hay bales.
