The Agent will check to see if notice is required by the -Board of Health and Building Inspector. SLS POND: Letter received from L rco t t Envirome t l regarding the ready treatment of Fells pond.. Letter to be sent that they may- proceed as per their letter. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the proposed treatment of Fells Pond as outlined in the letter from Lrcott Enviromental. vERNAL POOL S: Rewritten copy was distributed for review. To be discussed next agenda, WILLIAM J : Letter received requesting maintenance on his bog. It was agreed to approve this request. Letter to be sent. ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Proposed new form distributed for review. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to approve the new access form. NE�D - LENGOLN DE 1 R.A: It was stated it will be necessary to take over the offices,now housing Conservation, building and health. If was agreed if the commission is to be moved back downstairs, a letter will be necessary from the Board of Health that the area is safe. VM: Motion made and seconded that if the Conservation offices are to be- roved downstairs, a letter will be required from the Board of Health attesting to the safety' of the area. AUDLT : Letter received re the posting of signs, for 'Tern nesting areas on the opponesset Spit. ARTICLE: Town meeting article requesting a clerk for the commission has been submitted. WATER DISTRICT: Leger from Dare Rich and response from Andrew Gottleib were reviewed. They are proposing a change in the monitoring wells. WM . Resumes were provided for the fim. Town Counsel has advised the C gni sion has the right to choose the consultant of preference. . REGULATIONS: Amended Order of Conditions foot setback regulations to be placed on the next agenda. ENFORCEMENT: Kaufman: water and electric service installed.- Ms Lannik stepped down for the discussion. Mr. Sherman stated the filing of a Notice of Intent will be necessary and an Enforcement Order issued.
