Erosion has continued since Hurricane Bob and because of this, they <br /> are asking for an addition 300 c.y. to restore the existing bank to the condition <br /> -.t was before the hurricane,, It may be 400 c.y. <br /> Mr. Sherman. stated the toe has moved in ten feet; top of the bank is roughly the <br /> sane. It is a thick wall 4 - 5 feet at the base up to 1 foot. If an Amended <br /> Order is issued, DEP will be asked to issue a withdrawal letter. There are n <br /> objections to what DEP has requested. It was noted a copy of a letter from DEP <br /> was in the file, <br /> The original order referenced cobble in front, that should, be deleted from the <br /> order. <br /> Mr. McGrath stated he did not show any dune, it is gone completely. <br /> Public comments were requested; here were none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the Amended Order Hearing, <br /> Mr. Sherman will review the previous Order of Conditions and delete the reference <br /> to the dune. <br /> Atty.
