Brian Zeppenfeld 'presenting with nary LeBlanc. After-the-fact
filing fee was received. The only change on the reprised plan is additional
plantings to the top of bank on the ocean side. This all relates to the fence
issue. There is nothing to keep people from walking right up there.
New Seabury has provided an easement for a neighbor to walk through the Rogers
property to get to the beach area. whether the fence is in this location, 10
feet back, or no fence at all, there is nothing to prevent traffic, if that is
the concern. she suggested they should be looking at encroacing on that easement
and pulling Rosa Rugosa back and allowing a more narrow pathway. New Seabury has
been adamant that there will be signs at -all entrances, at the bottom of the bead
stairs, "private" and "no trespassing". once fully developed, the only ones using
the property will be the Rogers and the family to the left, -or north. Foot traffic
will be much less than when it functioned as a Motel.
