He does not know if Mr. Somerville reviewed <br /> this one. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if he had information on the boats? Mr. Liguori has two, he does <br /> not know about Mr. Beeby. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission would want depths from the bottom of propulsion <br /> unit to sediments; that is for new structures and existing. <br /> Mr, DiGregorio agreed to get the type of vessel and draft. <br /> Mrs. Simmons asked for more detail on the deck and on the boat. <br /> Mr. McNevish suggested the deck can be cantilevered. <br /> Ir. Sherman will view this site. shellfish will have to be contacted on both hearings. <br /> STM: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing upon receipt of information. <br /> 9:30 WILLOWBEM GOLF COURSE for an Amended Order of Conditions to allow proposed <br /> mitigation under SE +3-642. The total mount calculated was 1000 s,f. ; plans to establish <br /> a wetland of 1400 s.f. exceeds the 2/1 reference in the bylaw. <br /> The planting scheme is the same. They will use some of the dredge and stock from <br /> the cranberry bogs. O performance for monitoring. <br /> Mrs. Fu ala asked when the work would begin and was told the middle of April. +. <br /> She asked if this covered cuttings around the cranberry bog. <br /> N nber 19 of the previous order Will be adopted, it cannot he replaced. <br /> Mrs, F Bala asked if the Arborist should look at this and was told it was not <br /> necessary; the plant list appears adequate. Mr. Sherman asked her to review this <br /> with him. <br /> Ms Fantoi stated construction will have to be closely watched. On the enforcement <br /> order for the club house, they will coma back with plans. Plans have been formalized <br /> that were reviewed. They N11 come back with a Notice of Intent within two weeks. <br /> There will be substantial grading as golf cants will go through. The parking lot <br /> will be graded also. They would like to submit everything in response to the <br /> enforcement order. They propose to put everything in one, package. <br /> Mrs. Simons agreed this makes more sense. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> Vim: Notion made and seconded to close the hearing and issue an Amended Order. <br /> BEARING USED. <br /> WILLOW Fes: Mr. Sherman advised he did an on-site with Peggy Fantozzi concerning <br /> a water hazard and other site. Neither one fell under the act or bylaw. They have <br /> asked if they need to file; he dial not believe so. It is only filled by pumps, there <br /> is no wetland involved. It has been there a long time. The Commission concurred. <br />
