Meeting of April 9, 1992 Commissioners Present: Harry Desrosiers, Susana Lanni} , Gertrude Simmons, Renee Fdala. The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. 6:45 MR REALTY TRM for a Determi tion of Applicability on the proposed repair of a failing septic system at 7 Bight Circle. Mile Borselli presented abutter receipts. The notice was corrected, there is a concern for a potential failure, it has not Failed. They want to pump the tank out, remove it and put in B20 tank. There is concern For heavy trucks driving over it in the driveway. Ms Lamik asked the age of the system and was told it was built in 1968 when the requirements were more relaxed; it is between Title v and a cesspool. Mrs. Simmons stated the Commission would want to know where this will be disposed of. Mr. Borselli stated it would not be a problem to condition this and it will be recorded. Mr. Desrosiers asked if Board of Health approval was received and was told they will need to review it. Mr. Sherman stated it can be conditioned that any modification upon the inspection will require a new filing. Nor. Borselli stated they do not anticipate any problem with the leaching. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination with the condition that the Commission be notified where the disposal is placed, if removed, and any modification would be the subject of a new filing.
