Meeting of April 9, 1992 <br /> Commissioners Present: Harry Desrosiers, Susana Lanni} , Gertrude Simmons, <br /> Renee Fdala. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. <br /> 6:45 MR REALTY TRM for a Determi tion of Applicability on the proposed repair <br /> of a failing septic system at 7 Bight Circle. Mile Borselli presented abutter <br /> receipts. The notice was corrected, there is a concern for a potential failure, <br /> it has not Failed. They want to pump the tank out, remove it and put in B20 <br /> tank. There is concern For heavy trucks driving over it in the driveway. <br /> Ms Lamik asked the age of the system and was told it was built in 1968 when the <br /> requirements were more relaxed; it is between Title v and a cesspool. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated the Commission would want to know where this will be disposed <br /> of. Mr. Borselli stated it would not be a problem to condition this and it will <br /> be recorded. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers asked if Board of Health approval was received and was told they <br /> will need to review it. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it can be conditioned that any modification upon the inspection <br /> will require a new filing. <br /> Nor. Borselli stated they do not anticipate any problem with the leaching. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination with the <br /> condition that the Commission be notified where the disposal is placed, <br /> if removed, and any modification would be the subject of a new filing. <br /> The Detenation will be recorded. <br /> NEGATIVE E MINATION, <br /> 7:00 ROBOT HMS, 156 Popponesset Island Road, continued from February 13, 1992. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the check had been received- for the donation to the Shellfish <br /> Account for replenishment. <br /> motion made and seconded to close the bearing. <br /> MCLDSED, <br /> 7:15 MCRUL NDSKOWITZ, 146 Popponeet Island Road, Continued from February 1 . <br /> The hearing was continued pending delineation of the marsh grass. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of information from <br /> the Shellfish Garden. <br /> CLOSED PENDDU REPOT FROM SMUISH WARDEN. <br /> 7:30 IZABEIH M. O'NEIL for the After-The-Fact replacement of snow fencing at <br /> 56 Kim Path. <br /> . Sherman advised Mrs. o'Neil's daughter notified the Coffmi ssion they would <br /> not he coming to the hearing. A written narrative was read. <br />
