Conservation Commission - <br /> April 9, 1992 F <br /> Page 5. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> VUM): Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> NBGATIEVE TION, <br /> 8:30 T & IJMA for a proposed addition to an existing dwelling <br /> at 14 Wheelhouse Lane, Assessor's Map 120, Block 157. Brian Zeppenfeld presented <br /> abutter notification receipts. He advised all work is confined to the front of <br /> the house. <br /> Firs. Simmons stated there were no stakes, only two on the property line. <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld had thought it was staked. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated Board of Health approval was not received; hearing cannot b <br /> closed. <br /> Mrs. Simmons asked if there were any gutters; she would want a french drain or <br /> something. <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld stated the plan does notshowany drywells. He agreed a perimeter <br /> drain of stones around the Foundation would be provided. If there is a gutter, <br /> he will connect it to a drywell. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated DEP comments and number has not been received. Stamps on <br /> the plan by a P.E. andR.L.S. are required. <br /> letter was read into the record from Burt Wynn. <br /> Mfrs. Sirmnons. asked if this property cams under the special permit and was told <br /> it sloes. She requested that the french drain be drawn on the plan and stated <br /> the gutter is necessary. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of sign-off from Board <br /> of Health, comments from DEP with assigned number, plan with required <br /> stamps on it and property will be staked for viewing. <br /> CLDSED ENDING. <br /> NEW F l 11 CO. L.P. for an extension of lot access road at Aunt Jane's <br /> Road. Brian Zeppenfeld presented abutter notification receipts. This is now <br /> a paper road they want to connect with paving from Westood Road to Clamshell <br /> Road following the existing contours. There are no large cuts or fill and it <br /> will stag within the layout of the paper goad. This is under the special permit. <br /> Virginia Landry stated it is not under the special cluster zoning permit. It <br /> is a Popponesset Road and they have to maintain Popponesset Roads.
