Ken Jacobs <br /> presenting. Railroad ties were moved and soil washed away. It is proposed to <br /> reseed the area and rebuild the wall one tie high. Two fence posts meed to be <br /> replaced. Indicated on the plan in the front are ties that are rotting that <br /> will be replaced. They are proposing 6 -- 7 feet of sod; there was mulch there <br /> before. It is 130 feet from the water. <br /> Mr. Sherman questioned the type of seed and was told it will be a Fescue. He <br /> had no probleYn with this. A letter was react into the record from Michael <br /> rotke. A new fee sheet was provided for resource area improvement. The <br /> background was given by the Agent. He advised the Comission can waive the <br /> wildlife habitat evaluation.
