The Meeting was called to order at :40 p.m. 6:40 WiIl A, nth for a DeteniLination of Applicability on the proposed removal and replacement of a screen porch at 33 Sturgis Lane. Mrs, Smith presenting. Abutter notification receipts were provided. They want to extend the full depth of the house and five feet to the width. It is 16 feet from the top of the bank. Mr. Sherman asked if they were going closer to the top of the bank; they are not. He asked if they would be willing to install gutters and drywells? When asked the reasoning for the request, Mr. Sherman explained the concern for runoff. Mr. Smith agreed to add this to the request and will provide the requested gutters and dr wells and contact the commission when they are installed. Public comments were requested; - there were none. VU : Motion made and seconded to find a negative de temnation. 6:50 EJ aimsehtr for a Determination of Applicability on the After-The-Fact filing for repair of yard damage by Hurricane Bob at 174 Waterway. Ken Jacobs presenting. Railroad ties were moved and soil washed away. It is proposed to reseed the area and rebuild the wall one tie high. Two fence posts meed to be replaced. Indicated on the plan in the front are ties that are rotting that will be replaced. They are proposing 6 -- 7 feet of sod; there was mulch there before. It is 130 feet from the water. Mr. Sherman questioned the type of seed and was told it will be a Fescue. He had no probleYn with this. The fence is already there; two posts need to be replaced. Public comments were requested; there were none. UM: Motion rade and seconded to find a negative determination. 'DETERNMKMCN, 7:00 New Seabiry Co,., Lily Pond, continued hearing from February 27 1992. Brian Zeppenfeld presenting. A letter was react into the record from Michael rotke. A new fee sheet was provided for resource area improvement. The background was given by the Agent. He advised the Comission can waive the wildlife habitat evaluation.
