Mrs, Smith <br /> presenting. Abutter notification receipts were provided. They want to extend <br /> the full depth of the house and five feet to the width. It is 16 feet from the <br /> top of the bank. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if they were going closer to the top of the bank; they are not. <br /> He asked if they would be willing to install gutters and drywells? When asked <br /> the reasoning for the request, Mr. Sherman explained the concern for runoff. <br /> Mr. Smith agreed to add this to the request and will provide the requested <br /> gutters and dr wells and contact the commission when they are installed. <br /> Public comments were requested; - there were none. <br /> VU : Motion made and seconded to find a negative de temnation. <br /> 6:50 EJ aimsehtr for a Determination of Applicability on the After-The-Fact <br /> filing for repair of yard damage by Hurricane Bob at 174 Waterway. Ken Jacobs <br /> presenting. Railroad ties were moved and soil washed away. It is proposed to <br /> reseed the area and rebuild the wall one tie high. Two fence posts meed to be <br /> replaced. Indicated on the plan in the front are ties that are rotting that <br /> will be replaced. They are proposing 6 -- 7 feet of sod; there was mulch there <br /> before. It is 130 feet from the water. <br /> Mr. Sherman questioned the type of seed and was told it will be a Fescue. He <br /> had no probleYn with this. The fence is already there; two posts need to be <br /> replaced. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> UM: Motion rade and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> 'DETERNMKMCN, <br /> 7:00 New Seabiry Co,., Lily Pond, continued hearing from February 27 1992. <br /> Brian Zeppenfeld presenting. A letter was react into the record from Michael <br /> rotke. A new fee sheet was provided for resource area improvement. The <br /> background was given by the Agent. He advised the Comission can waive the <br /> wildlife habitat evaluation. He stated the hearing should be closed. <br /> i <br /> Public corrnents were -reque ted; there were none. <br /> V=: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. <br /> R11 1 QED, <br /> 7:01 New Seabury Co. for restoration of dune damaged during Hurricane Bob and <br /> repair and replacement of footings at Shore Drive. Brian Zeppenfeld presented <br /> abutter notification receipts. Plans were reviewed. <br />
