Mr. Wh .te stated those floats were under the <br /> emergency provisions for repair. <br /> Mr. Sherman would not want to see the plywood stay there. Mr. White advised it <br /> was used to launch the floats-and will not remain, <br /> Mr. Desrosiers asked the location where floats were stored' Mr. White advised <br /> they are normally left in* <br /> Mr. Sherman stated if the plywood is taken out, he would have no problem with <br /> the project. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers asked Mr. White if he would notify the Agent when floats are <br /> taken out's Mr. White agreed, <br /> Mr. sherrian stated the Commission would want to issue this negative determination <br /> with a condition that the second float is not authorized until such time as the <br /> amnesty is obtained. Mr. White agreed. This will have to be recorded. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> It was noted, if Mr. -White files for a 99 year amnesty, the commission does not <br /> give perpetual maintenance on an RDA, only a notice of Intent. <br /> Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination based on the <br /> fact that approval is not given for the extra float while awaiting <br /> Chapter 91 approval.
