Bob Raymond <br /> presenting. A revised plan presented moving the dwelling 10 feet closer to the <br /> driveway and 10 feet away from the top of the bank. The house is at a higher <br /> elevation. Brush on the edge of the slope will be left intact, A Board of Appeals <br /> hearing is scheduled for this new location. <br /> Revised c-opies were not provided to DEP and Mr. Raymond was asked to provide <br /> certified mail receipts that this is done. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated, due to constraints on this lot, the Commission cannot ask <br /> much more of this applicant, <br /> Mr. Raymond advised pouring will have to be done when the septic is put ; the <br /> leaching pit will be evacuated. He has talked this over with the Health Agent <br /> but has not been before that Board. <br /> Mr. Shennan stated the hearing can be closed pending action by Board of Appeals <br /> and Board of Health and copy of cover letter and certified mil receipt for DEP. <br /> Mrs. Simons stated the straw hale dike with a silt fence .should not be trenched. <br /> Mr. Homeyer suggested the bottom of the fence be laid on the ground with the hay <br /> bales resting on it. <br /> Mr. Sherman would want to check con tructlon details on-site before start of work; <br /> this can be conditioned. <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close upon receipt of findings from Board of <br /> Health and Board of Appeals and copy of cover letter to DEP with certified <br /> mail receipt from DEP also <br /> TO BE CLOSED., <br /> 8:30 1A CIA J'oBNSoN to amend the order of Conditions for SE 43-565 to perruit the <br /> relocation of a driveway at 85 Timberlane Drive. <br /> Nor. Sherman advised it is 30 - 40 feet from the bank.
