The Con fission was advised he has hired an engineering fine to <br /> file for the dock. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this can be closed pending receipt of the abutter notification <br /> receipts. <br /> Larry Agritti arrived at 7:25 p.m. and presented the abutter notification- receipts. <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. <br /> HFAR CLOSED. <br /> 7:30 r.ATffF.R D. Mrs. Sullivan presented abutter notification receipts upon <br /> her arrival, after the hearing had begun. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised this is the latest in a series of violations at the Sullivan <br /> property. The fire has not been paid and payment must be in house prior to the <br /> issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. <br /> Mr. Homeyer stated 'this can be denied, <br /> Mrs. Sons stated the Order of Conditions should not be issued and they can <br /> appeal if they Irish. <br /> Mr, Sherman stated it would not be out of order to suggest they pay the fine. He <br /> advised a filing will be coming in to change the riven dynamics so it will be <br /> flushed out better. This is in conjunction with the previous donation made by <br /> Mr, Sullivan, <br /> They have not done the planting they were to do when they stripped down to the <br /> River. <br />
