There are six posts; -this can be done <br /> an afternoon. <br /> Mr.. Zeppenfeld will call when completed for Mr. Sherman to inspect. <br /> Public corrments were requested; there were none. <br /> WTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. <br /> QED. <br /> JOSEPH COMALU for a Determination of Applicability on the proposed repair <br /> or replacement of existing stairs; and repair and maintenance of an existing <br /> seawall at 94 Bluff Ave. Kenneth. DeYoung representing Dr. Comalli. <br /> Mr. Sherman gage a summation of the project. This property was hit hard by the <br /> storm and lost a pre- existing set of stairs. They were replaced without notice <br /> to the Commission. other work contemplated was -to be rolled into the Notice <br /> but it was decided not to do this. The stairs have ern 1 impact and can be <br /> done with an RDA. Calcs on the seawall will be provided. <br /> Mr. DeYoung advised this is the fifth set of steps that have been washed out. <br /> Perpetual maintenance was requested and was added to the RDA with notice t <br /> the Commssion when required. <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded to issue a Legative Determination. <br /> 11 #'�*T1TIITTN. <br /> 8:00 MARY A. RAST for the removal of vegetation bordering wetlands at 47 Hunt <br /> Circle. Mrs. Ravin provided abutter notification receipts. <br /> Mrs. Simons advised she knows Mrs. Ravin and asked if there was any objection <br /> to her sitting by either Mrs. Ravin or the Commission? There were none. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised there was some mowing in the area next to the pond, New <br /> Seabury has in the deed that residents have a right to do this. <br /> Mrs. Ravin advised she had with Dorothy Studley., a previous chairmen of <br /> the ComrUssion., to make sure this was all right and was tolyl it was, as long <br /> as no change. She will be doing planting with Rosa Rugo a and Cotoneaster, <br /> however, she feels this is going to be destroyed. Previous plantings were <br /> mowed down. People are launching canoes there <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld advised they do not row at that encs and cannot imagine who does. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated it need a sign. Mr. Sherman asked if New Seabury would be <br /> willing to place a sign and Mr. Zeppenfeld did not feel it would be a problem; <br /> he will look into this. <br /> Mr. Sherman felt this could be closed pending resolution of this and that he <br /> meet with Mrs, Ravin to discuss spacing of the plants in the fall. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing for Mary Ravin.- <br />
