Brian Zeppenfeld <br /> presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised there was a mix-up in communication. He was asked if they could put <br /> the fence back; work grew, they replaced the posts* There is not a tremendous effect <br /> but New Seabury was told they would have to file an RDA. Mr. Zeppenfeld had no other <br /> caments, he agreed with Mr. Sherman. <br /> 1r, Desrosiers requested thatJohn Aborn attend the next hearing. <br /> Mr. Zeppenfeld advised they came to them to do some work and more damage happens before <br /> the work gets done. They will stress withJohn Aborn that more attention rust be paid <br /> to the orders. <br /> Nor, Homeyer stated it may be necessary to have everybody on the crew sign that they <br /> have read the orders of Conditions. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> 14r. It W111 be allowed to core up in i t s <br /> natural condition. A dike and trench has stopped serious erosion. It would be subject <br /> to evaluation a year from now with supplemental plantings, if necessary. His only <br /> suggestion would be that they throw in a few more stakes every 25 feet or so. He <br /> agreed not to hold Mr. Bonvie to the old standard for vernal. pools. He suggested <br /> continuing the hearing pending restaking and an ora-site. <br /> Public comamens were requested; there were none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close upon the staking every 25 feet -as requested <br /> by the agent with an inspection to be conducted by him.
