Conservation Commission <br /> June 25, 1992 <br /> Page 7. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the illegal dock on the property was removed. He filly endorsed <br /> the project but noted it falls within a Wetlands Restriction area. Mr. McGrath agreed <br /> to provide a copy to the Wetlands Conservancy. <br /> Public Comments were requested'; there were none. <br /> TE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing upon receipt of notification <br /> that notice was sent to the Wetlands Conservancy Program. <br /> i <br /> TO 1W CLDSMUPM R= T. <br /> *40 PAUL BOTELLO for a Determination of applicability n the permitting of a pontoon <br /> float secured to an existing dock at 278 Monomoscoy Island Road. Mr. Botello presented <br /> abutter notification receipts. The boat lift is 22 feet overall. It drops down low <br /> r. enough to put the boat on, then air is pumped into the float to raise it. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated no one has filed previously for these boat lifts. It is an add.it� <br /> Tonal area of sunlight be-ing blocked, 130 s.f. added. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated it would be 165 s.f. , no more than a regular float. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he would have concerns as he is in 4 feet of water. <br /> Mrs. Simmons questioned the float to the North which is on the marsh. Mr. Botello <br /> stated it belongs to the Foleys. Little River was supposed to have. taken it out, <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> Motion made and seconded to close the hearing and find a negative determination., <br /> TET ONO <br /> 8:50 CHULES L. MACK for the licensing of an existing dock, ramp and float at <br /> 16 Bowsprit Point. Norman Hayes presented abutter notification receipts. There <br /> is a 46. ft. pier and 8 x 12 float in Popponesset River. Depth at the end of the <br /> float is 7 feet. He was called in for the marine concerns and did an extensive <br /> analysis in and around the dock. All shellfish species were in a normal functioning <br /> g <br /> mode.
