Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> approval was received, but ewas afraid of the ice that forms in the area. They <br /> are going with i <br /> design that s totally re ovabld. There will be a revised plan. <br /> Mrs. =ons asked how one would get from the dock to the stairway? <br /> Mr. Costa advised at the bottom there is a gravel *beach; steps go right to the beach. <br /> Mr. Johansen advised here are items missing from the Notice of Intent package. Norman Hayes <br /> presenting. This shall be tied in to the Burke-Belkin structure. They have engineered <br /> the repair of this wall to coincide with DEP ordered construction of this wall consist- <br /> ent with the Ralph Rankin and BSC plan, Damage has been sustained from the storm. <br /> There are photos in the filing. It is expected to start repairs just after Labor Day <br /> and that it will take two weeks. Materials will be stored above Mean High Water. <br /> All revetments will line up to prevent deflection of sediments. They will stabilize <br /> the top of the coastal bank. 500 cubic yards of fill will be brought in. The fence <br /> is suspended in the air. The structural integrity of the house is not imperiled, but <br /> the patio is, Material will be brought from the 'Tide Watch access. Belkin will start <br /> approximately the 15th of August. He will beon-site daily on both revetments, <br /> There will not be excessive scouring at the base; this will be modified to a straight <br /> slope, <br /> Public comments were requested; there were none. <br /> VOM: Motion rade and seconded to close pending receipt of abutter notification <br /> receip and a new access permission form.
