Con e rva t i onoF. i s s i on
-January 2 , 1991
'age 2.
Mr. Homeyer questioned the plan and was told the float and structure are physically
there. It will be 70 feet from the high water out.
Mrs, Simons was concerned with the policing of the facility and that it will not
be over- run with dinghies again, that there will only be four.
Mr. San cki stated, if it i an on-going condition, they will poli e it so everyone
has the use.
Mrs. Sirmons stated it should be properly worded that if not policed it will have
to be reviewed again,
Mr. Sanicki stated it can be conditioned that way.
Mr. Homeyer questioned the boat rack mentioned previously and was told this would
not be necessary.
Mr. Sherman suggested the association anted in good faith to pursue it at the
o fission's request. The Shellfish warden brought up, in the very beginning,
that it is a very good shellfish habitat area and it should not be closed until
he meets with Town. Counsel and the Shellfish warden for legal ra xffications.
Mr. Coffey stated rather than close on receipt of this information, the hearing
should be continued to a date certain to allow discussion of a proper order of
Conditions which would be helpful on both sides. He called for comments.
Mr. Sanicki agreed,
Tom Costanza of the association stated Mr. Somerville had asked for a letter. He
named three lots and they feel this was prejudicial. Then it became two waterfront
lots as a letter was seat to the Board of Appeals by one owner stating he would
never apply for a dock. Mr. Somerville is looking for leverage, if the association
dock is built, The Association polices it and has a gate there.
Jim Garabedian, association member, stated there are only two people who use sail-
fish and they have carts that bring them down to the water and take them away.
Mr. Homeyer stated he wasn't singling out sailfish. with the beach area, people
would want to leave any small items, such as sailfish and dinghies, on the grass.
Mr. Garabedian stated two waterfront lots have deeded access to that dock. They
are not restricting any access.
ONTO To 7, 1991 -- 7:15. THE MDST UP-TD-DATE PSS ARE To BE PROV11DED
TO CADSSION*
Mr. Coffey suggested members of the association be present for the discussion of
proposed conditions.
7:45 MW SEABURY CO.
