Safety and convenience are reasons; safety more <br /> than anything else, not improving someone f s property values. <br /> Mr. Somerville stated the association has provided the information that Mr. Damon <br /> and others have access; deeded rights Will extend to the structure. He recommended <br /> making certain findings in ,the justification of issuing a permit. He feels there <br /> is a good chance of blocking 'structures in the future who will have to ,justify need <br /> and prove their structure will not do damage to the resource. <br /> The Chairman requested that the applIcant agree to waive the 21 day limitation, i <br /> the hearing is closed. Mr. Sanicki agreed and will provide a waiver. <br /> Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. Board of Appeals decision <br /> to e reviewed. Building pernAts were issued. Where is an <br /> existing frost wall but nothing has been done onsite for Four years. Now, with <br /> town water in the area, the concept for the building has changed. The proposal <br /> is to hook to town water and put the septic furthest away from any waterway. <br />
