The Chairman requested that the applIcant agree to waive the 21 day limitation, i the hearing is closed. Mr. Sanicki agreed and will provide a waiver. Motion made and seconded to close the hearing. Front and rear will have ornamental plantings, a total. of 22. on the right hand side of the driveway they will plant a Maple tree. 10 - 12 scrub pines are to be cleared. Dave Sanicki advised there was a previous filing on the property for a Mr. Coffin with a superseding order and denial. Building pernAts were issued. Where is an existing frost wall but nothing has been done onsite for Four years. Now, with town water in the area, the concept for the building has changed. The proposal is to hook to town water and put the septic furthest away from any waterway.
