Conservation Commission <br /> February 7, 1991 <br /> Page 5. <br /> IS B MEN: An enforcement order was issued and ratified for illegal filling. <br /> Issuance of a fine was discussed. <br /> WILLOW BEM: Letter was read from Natter, McClennan & Fish. Enforcement Order <br /> ratified to Evergreen Holding Co. <br /> VOM: Motion made and seconded to ratify an enforcement order for Willow Bend. <br /> Unanimous Vote, <br /> Response, or lack of, to be reviewed at the next meeting. <br /> EMS • <br /> Proulx: Letter received agreeing to remove the additional pallets. It was <br /> agreed, when completed, an on-site inspection to be clone and no additional re- <br /> construction work to be clone without a filing. <br /> Rosenberg: NCD fine has been paid and name of contractor supplied; fine t <br /> be issued. <br /> Day s: $300. fine to be issued to Mr. D yos's son-in-law, Paul DeLuca, <br /> Lakeside Trailer Park: one month extension of the required filing date requested <br /> and granted. <br /> McMenary: Arrest warrant to be served. <br /> Geigel: The base of a tree was covered during construction activity. Mr. Buckley <br /> advised it has already been uncovered. <br /> ROTI : Photographs of a working bubbler system on the pilings were reviewed <br /> and it was apparent the sand beneath was very disturbed. The necessity of a <br /> filing considered: Policy to be discussed at the next hearing. <br /> BUDGET M: Due February 8. Proposal would eliminate the part-time clerk <br /> and -create a 2-12 hour reduction per week for the Agent and Administrative <br /> Secretary. <br /> Cost-cutting measures discussed; <br /> Phone calls to be returned at applicant's expense. <br /> Requested materials will be provided when stamped, self-addressed envelopes <br /> are supplied. <br /> Monitoring of projects and individual assistance will. cease <br /> BBD SOD <br /> PO M Flush cutting of revegetation has occurred. He asked to be reimbursed for motel expenses and the Commission <br /> agreed. The Commission can then make an appointment <br /> for discussion. <br /> BUFFLEHEAD BAY: Letter to Michael Gro t ke reviewed advising an RDA must be filed <br /> as he is submitting new cad.cs under the State and local reqs. <br />
