Appeal to superior court showed it eras a viable <br /> access whereas Clam Shell Road could not be used and it was permitted. <br /> In 1988 under the Ma h ee bylaw they received permission to do the repairs arra <br /> are stili under an order of Conditions. In November and December of 1990 storms <br /> removed some of the coastal hank. . - <br /> They are proposing to ask the commission to allow the expansion of the revetment, <br /> Maintenance allowed under sF -951. Comments re Chapter 91 and Army Corps of <br /> Engineers had been addressed. All work t ibe above the Mean High water mark. <br /> Upon completion they are asking to revegetate at the top and to replace the <br /> fence already impacted. They will be working from the bead and from the top <br /> of the bank. The grain size compatibility will be of the same size and dimen- <br /> sion as the beach itself. Beach nourishment will continue with 750-1000 Cu, Yd. <br /> used. There is an existing order that will be honored. They will use 2-3 ton <br /> stones with mesh underneath; filter fabric and smaller stones behind. <br /> • <br /> Mrs. Simons questioned use of equipment on the top of the bank. <br />
