Conservation commission <br /> February 21, 1991 <br /> 'age 16. <br /> Ms Lam .k felt it should be looked at on a case by case basis. <br /> M: Motion made and seconded to have the agent contact Sabatia for a quote, <br /> SID TRAILER, PARK: Mr. Sherman feels Mr. Taylor is a scapegoat for a lot of <br /> people and should be let off the hook, Require him to do replanting and relieve <br /> him from filing a Notice of Intent was his suggestion. <br /> Motion made and seconded to relieve Timothy Taylor from the filing of a <br /> -Notice of Intent and require hien to do planting. <br /> EDWARD10 response. Records to be checked and the issuance of a new <br /> fine to be initiated. <br /> VM: Motion made and seconded that the agent pursue matters with Edward Honeycutt. <br /> DAA : 'the arrest warrant was pulled because a pre-trial conference was <br /> scheduled. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that the agent attend the pre-trial conference <br /> for David McMenamy. <br /> LAWRENM ROLU: Response received to letter from the o nission; he will comply. <br /> DOME It was agreed to issue a $300 fine through his lawyer. <br /> Enforcement Order.was ratified. <br /> LAM Do&MCN: The Prothe o Emily does not wish to have a ceremony or photo session. <br /> MARK ROBINSON: Dave Bailey of the Assessors office will attend the -meeting on <br /> March 21. <br /> VACANCY FOR ASSOC, : Kevin Harrington decided this should be opened up <br /> because of the appeal coming up that the commission will be involved with. <br /> NEW SEABURY: A superseding determination has been requested by Glen wood on the <br /> snow fencing. <br /> LITTLE RIM BOATYARD: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hearing on Monday, <br /> February 2 , in. Barnstable. After discussion, <br /> VM: Motion made and seconded that no corn rents will be made by the Commission. <br /> BEACHACCESS: Michael Grotke and J. Finkle of the Popponesset Beach Association <br /> will attend the meeting of Manch 7 at 9:00 to discuss the issue with the conyussion. <br /> MAS : Noted that a cancelled check is required for processing reimburse- <br /> ment. <br /> Inas agreed in principle to revegetate the bank. <br /> Mr. Homeyer stated the commission allowed hien to go ahead. If anyone deviates <br /> from the plan again in the future, the structure should come out and not go back <br /> in. Mrs, Simmons agreed. <br />
