Frank Homeyer seconded. <br /> UNANIMUS VOTE. <br /> CAL 'Y: What are the specifics about what we are trying to reach. I was con- <br /> fused and did not think that the isolated land subject to flooding was the key <br /> issue and for some reason thought the vernal pool issue seemed to take the <br /> forefront. The consultant should look at least at three issues: <br /> 1. The vernal pool as a bota .st/biologist would look at it. <br /> . The isolated land subject to flooding calculations. <br /> . 3.
