He would not go for the one that is <br /> there. <br /> Mr. Homeyer stated 131 does not address that issue, Chapter 91 does and also <br /> requires they have an Order of Conditions. <br /> Mr. Gray suggested ell m'nating the third float in the order of Conditions, <br /> it is not attached but roped onto the others. He showed a resort guide <br /> circa 1982 with the house and tee portion of the dock visible.
