Michael Bons lli <br /> Of Holmes & McGrath presenting. He referred to a garage in his presentation which <br /> 0 <br /> it was noted was not part ofto request. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is back more than 100 feet from the marsh and he would be <br /> comfortable hearing the application and the cover sheet amended to include the <br /> garage. 1. <br /> . Borselli advised there is luted area to conform to Title V. The Board of <br /> Health recommended he withdraw the application. Construction of the garage could <br /> e allowed with no habitable living space and it was suggested the septics stun <br /> not be di s turbo d, Abutter notification ication was not sent out and receipts unavailable, <br /> STM: Motion rade and seconded that the application be withdrawn and the <br /> applicant start over. <br /> WITHDRAWN AT REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT <br /> 8:1 "EM N. Brian Zeppenfeld presenting. It is proposed to <br /> raise the tees by stripping bank existing sod, raising the elevation, and putting <br /> back the so A silt fence to be used and trenched. The existing elevation of <br /> .9 at the back of the tee to be brought up to 6. It tdaes gree days to complete <br /> the procedure. Access is along a golf cart pathway, <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there were no adverse impacts. <br /> There were no further comments from the Commission and none from the public, <br /> Vim; Motion made and seconded to find a Negative Determination. Unanimous vote. <br /> FIlING. <br /> 8:45 COLMIL, to amend the Order of Conditions under SE -785 to allow <br /> treatment to Fells Pond this. conung season. Lee Lyman of Lycott Environmental e-- <br /> search Inc, presenting. They are asking to amend condition #10 re treatment once <br /> every two years. The previous treatment lasted two years, almost three. This time <br /> there has been a severe regrowth. They wish to go back to what was previously used <br /> some years ago, 24D, it is pellet fora and more site specific. They will use 100 <br /> pounds per surface acre. <br /> Ms Behman asked for written specs on what is being proposed and he agreed. She <br /> suggested Duman York review the proposal for environmental questions. <br />
