Pat Butler came before the Concession re a situ Visit scheduled <br /> with the Coriodssion and Resolution Trust for April 28. He advised the entire project <br /> has been put out to 70 interested parties and offers have been made. The bids are to <br /> be opened on April. 8, They will be entering into a formal agreement to sell the <br /> property between May 20 and May 25. He suggested delaying the on-site to allow the <br /> new owners to be 'resent in order that they will be fully aware ' f the problems. <br /> booklet will be handed out with all encumbrances listed including the order of <br /> Conditions. A request for an interim 30 day extension was filed as the deadline <br /> would have passed. <br /> It was noted Town Counsel was asked and agreed with the request. <br />
