There is an agreement existing with <br /> Highwood water Co. to locate on the opposite side of the road from then. 'There <br /> is a strip of open space with no lots directly fronting. (Mrs.. Simons added, <br /> t this point in time. ) Some people have easement rights. Mrs. Simons stated <br /> some of the strips are staked as lots. She asked what revegetation is proposed? <br /> How far off the road? Mr. McGrath stated it will be 2 to 2-1/2 feet and a siltation <br /> fence will be used for erosion control. Timing will probably be in the 2 - 3 week <br /> time frame.
