Conservation Commission <br /> May 2, 1991 <br /> Page 7, <br /> 8:45 SURVEYING & (Raymond L. Hayes) for the control of <br /> nuisance vegetation by removal and revegetation of denuded coastal bank at Lot <br /> 44. Quaker Run Road. Wayne Tavares presented abutter receipts and Mrs. <br /> Hayes apologies for their ignorance; the damage done is minirmi. Plan A is <br /> the revegetation plan of three areas .shown to rectify the board's concerns. <br /> Root systems remain and will come back. A listing of proposed plants was <br /> reviewed. The use of erosion control netting was suggested and Mr. Tavares <br /> agreed; to be noted on the plan. He-had no problem with the suggestion of <br /> monitoring maintenance for three gears also. .Mrs. Hayes has expressed interest <br /> in doing limbing. He will mark the- trees and go over them with the Agent. It <br /> has not been determined whether the Hares or Benchmark will do the planting, <br /> The Board asked to be notified of the decision and the timing. <br /> Mr. Tavares advised, since the inception of the plan, Box Huckleberry is not <br /> readil.y available and asked to substitute low bush blueberries- or bearberry. <br /> A list to be appended was submitted. <br /> To be conditioned: prior to start of work a, consul tation is to be held with <br /> the conservation agent. <br /> Vim: Motion rade and seconded t close the harin . <br /> g <br /> HEU CLOSED <br /> 9:00 NEW SEABURY COMPANY L.P. for an Amended order of Conditions for DEP file <br /> 43-910, Bot 1373 Popponesset Bluff.
