Mr. west is allowed <br /> to have a bottom-anchored float permitted_by the harbormaster that connects to his <br /> walkover structure. I would, as his representative, go out on a limb and say that <br /> if you wanted to make a condition that this permit expires upon his transfer of the <br /> property, I wouldn't have a problem with that.
