WILU)W BEND: The berm was so close to the pond it was eroding into the pond. Also, they had extended the asphalt golf cart path. The asphalt has already been removed. They have been told a letter will be sent that they are in violation and the commission will decide whether to issue a formal enforcement order. The berming will be hydroseeded. The agent will go out Monday to see if all requests have been done, if sor no enforcement order to be issued. A I : Ms Ravin has cut right down to the pond near the real estate office in New seabury. It is in her deed that she can do this. She has been told she cannot cut BVW and must t file. Mr. Sherman recommended that the fee not be doubled. A letter should be sent to New Seabury to let thea know they cannot abrogate the Wetlands Act. VOTE: Motion made and seconded that a letter be sent to New s abury. Unanimouslote. The lames of all such deeded parcels will be requested and that New Seabur notify all of the owners of the l tations. INLAND BANK BGS: suggested language to be added to the regulations was reviewed. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to include this addition in whatever number regulation appropriate in the new regulations. Unanimous vote. CCC: Checklist to be included in the submittal requirements. VOTE: motion made and seconded to bold a hearing for the submittal requirements,, Unanimous vo te. JCM POND PARK: Locks were not installed. Tonin Counsel was to be consulted to see if this can be dome legally but has not been available. Ms Lanrnik felt the commission should wait for Attorney General approval of the law.
