It is in her deed that she can do this. <br /> She has been told she cannot cut BVW and must t file. Mr. Sherman recommended <br /> that the fee not be doubled. A letter should be sent to New Seabury to let <br /> thea know they cannot abrogate the Wetlands Act. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that a letter be sent to New s abury. <br /> Unanimouslote. <br /> The lames of all such deeded parcels will be requested and that New Seabur <br /> notify all of the owners of the l tations. <br /> INLAND BANK BGS: suggested language to be added to the regulations was <br /> reviewed. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to include this addition in whatever number <br /> regulation appropriate in the new regulations.
