Renee Fudala agreed to assist the <br /> agent. Joanne Ferragamo will be asked to assist also. <br /> "There will be a consideration of the judgement by New Seabury on July 11 <br /> at 10:00 a.m. <br /> copy of the suinikary statement by the agent was <br /> distributed. <br /> ABATEMENT E320MM: A statement was drafted by the agent for review. <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded that the letter be sent to the Assessor's <br /> office re policy of the commission. <br /> OE: In process. <br /> DRAFT COM9TTEE Chairman to respond. <br /> OFFICE N M To take place on July 23 and 24. <br /> A-complaint was lodged against the agent by Ambrose Janedy through Selectworhm <br /> C ffyn. The agent's response was distributed for review. <br /> • The salary account is funded for the Agent at- 40 hours and the Admin- <br /> istrative Secretary at 35 hours, full time, until September. Sufficient state <br /> Reserved funds will allow this to continue. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he would like to know that when the appointed hours have <br /> been reached that one is free to leave. <br /> VOTE: Motioin made and seconded that the personnel work 40 hours and 35 hours <br /> respectively. Unanimous Note. <br /> The Monter Report was distributed. <br /> ARBORIST: . . <br /> Motion made and seconded that payment be made to Ellis Allem in the <br /> amount of $125.000 <br /> It was agreed whenever Ellis is to be involved, that it be done through the <br /> office and not an independent meeting with a contractor. <br /> There being no further business to come before the commission, meeting was <br /> adjourned at 10:45 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Diana M.
