Comnmication from the Board of Health was read. An on- <br /> site inspection showed it had been pumped and there was ground water in the system. <br /> Once the deed restriction is in place and recorded, they will issue a permit. <br /> Title V system cannot be put on this lot. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Board is in favor of the project when paperwork is received <br /> from the Board of Health. The Crrssion could then issue. <br /> Vim: Motion made and seconded to continue ,pending Board of Health approval.. <br /> 7:45 PA UC MARY B126M. an After-The-Fact Filing for an additional nine <br /> foot larger float at 409 Monomoscoy Road. <br /> Mr. Sher mn advised one year ago when the Certificate of Compliance was requested <br /> it was discovered the Moat is larger, than it should be. �He felt. it has no,detri- <br /> mental effect and the Shellfish Warden has no problem with it. it should be <br /> allowed as is, <br /> letter dated July 5 from Pat Ben ay was read into the record. 'there is a 4--1/2" <br /> 3.ncrease in width, length is 419", over a 1 increase, 34 S.F. The original float <br /> was 19-1/2' long by 7' " wide; it is now 23' long by 7'-10-1/2" wide. The septic will be discorected and pimped, <br /> and Title V constructed. Where are drywells for roof runoff. The asphalt will <br /> be removed from the driveway and replaced with crushed stone. His experience has <br /> been that it does not require special handling. <br /> Mr. Sherman pointed out the Commission has traditionally asked for receipts. <br /> Mr. Homeyer was insistent that the silt screen be dug in place. Mr. Costa stated <br /> that would require digging up the lawn. To address this concern, fir. Costa agreed <br /> that rbar be fa conditioned, <br /> fastened to the screen even 2-1 feet; this could be conditioned. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked if the cesspool would be backfilled and abandoned and was told <br /> old <br /> it was- not planned to do so. Mr. Costa felt it would do damage but they would <br /> be agreeable to do so if the Commission wishes. <br /> Mr. Coffey stated it is in the middle of a drainage easement. He askedrhat a <br /> slope easement is' Mr. Costa stated it may have been the intent to have a canal <br /> in there. There is no proposal to change contours. The empty cesspool would act <br /> as a velocity reducer, <br /> There were no public comments. <br />
