Conservation Commission <br /> July 25, 1991 <br /> Page 2. <br /> 7:15 FRED LUCON11 for an Amended Order of Conditions under DEP #SE 43-891 to reflect <br /> float size 10' x 16' with maintenance in perpetu .ty, at 30 Sand Dollar Lane. <br /> Mr, bueoni presented abutter receipts, were were mistakes when the float was <br /> constructed. It was requested to put in a float 10 x 16 and to use the existing <br /> float for the first year. The plan was sent in With 8 X 16 size. An amendment <br /> is requested with two years for replacement and a commitment that the float will <br /> have proper spacing for light penetration. <br /> Mr. Sherman agreed this could be written into the Amended Order. <br /> Shellfish had no problems with the proposal. <br /> V=: Motion made and seconded to accept the Amended Order for a 101 X 16' float <br /> to be in place within two years. <br /> RIQUEST FOR AHMED ORDER ACCEPM, <br /> 7:30 AI ROSE JANEDY for a Determination of Applicability on a proposal to construct <br /> n addition 19' x 5' and 24' x 6' to expand two existing bedrooms on a dwelling at <br /> 156 Captains Row, Map 96, Plot 49. Abutter notices were presented. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he looked at the project since the last hearing. The applic- <br /> ation can be discussed but the Commission cannot issue until the Board of Health ` <br /> is satisfied. He suggested the twenty one day limitat.ion under the state be <br /> waived. <br /> Mr. Janedy stated he is in the process of drilling the well now. Arrow Engineering' <br /> has been called to put in. a stake. Construction will be on sono tubes. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the area,i flat; there should be dr wells for drainage. <br /> Mr. Janedy advised there are four existing drywells. He agreed to add to his RPA <br /> that he would be wi-Hing to put in drywel.ls as requested by Mr. Sherman. <br /> Re disturbance to vegetation, Mr. Janedy advised the area is cleared and there is <br /> poor duality lawn, no bushes. <br /> Public eonents were requested and there were none. <br /> i : Motion made and seconded to continue pending Board of Health approval, <br /> to be closed at the next hearing after. <br /> CONTINM PMDU BQUD OF N&MB APPROVAL <br /> 7:45 FRANCIS F. for the p nni t ting of an e i s t in stairway, dock ramp and <br /> float at 36 Little Neck Road. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested the application be heard but no action taken as he was unable <br /> to get onto the propert y. today to view the project. He would hesitate to make <br /> reconendation. <br /> Stave Wilson advised they are filing for Chapter 91 Amnesty. An Order of Conditions <br /> From the Commission is necessary, as well as the special permit from the Board of <br /> Appeals which was received last night. Request is for permitting of an existing <br /> structure. A 1975 photograph was shown. The applicant presently sloes not own a <br /> boat. <br /> Concerning clearance for right of passage, it is very low, one would have to go <br /> onto and over it, <br />
