An application was before the <br /> Commission and withdrawn in 1987. A special pernut was received from the Board of <br /> Appeals in March. The structure will -serve lots 66 and 67. 24 feet of salt marsh <br /> is crossed by the proposed pier. The edge of Spartina was flagged In the field by <br /> Sabatia. Flags are shown on the plan. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he has no reservations on the project but the maps show the <br /> conservation restriction act applies, a Notice of Intent will have to be submitted <br /> to them. Cohen has his pier in the cove <br /> and there will just be this one. Sounding depth, 12 inches in diameter, 3 pounds, <br /> was used; not the sort that can be pushed through to mud. <br /> r.
