To be brought to' the attention of the Harbormaster and Executive Secretary.
170-4 concerning abandonment was reviewed.
Motion made and seconded that a Notice of Intent must be filed by Lois
Petrick.
els Lannik stated this will have to be a general policy applied across the boards.
IDLER: The Agent advised it does not qualify as the entire wall has failed.
Mr. Somerville stated it could be backfilled with gravel, baseball-size rocks as
an option (emergency certification would be required).
Mr* Coffey suggested sand bags which would be removeable.
It was agreed to accept this under #3 a Temporary major repairs, if Mr. Hendler
can prove it applies or b Temporary replacement of sand, as a temporary solution.
If the house was not built prion to 1978 an ennergency certificate cannot be issued.
BLWE BE UN: Mr. Sh y felt they would qualify but no request received as yet.
The first two bulkheads are disappearing.
HALE TIDE MARINA: Report received this is completely wiped out.
Mr. Sherman offered to use his boat to go around the coastal areas during the
the emergency to view the damage and ensure structures are not expanded upon during
i
repairs.
Vim; Notion rade and seconded that the Agent be authorized to spend up to $100,
on gas for his boat.
R.
