Nichols <br /> Attendees; Members: Brian Mauro, Donald MacDonald, Mike Rapacz, Barbara Nichols <br /> Guests: <br /> The minutes of the October 26, 2017 meeting were accepted as written after a motion by Don Mac Donald <br /> and second by Brian Mauro. <br /> Agen .b .op cs <br /> [Agenda>opiC 11fake leyell Path to cage <br /> Discussion: Barbara got the lake levels on November lst and 15"'. They were 55.4 and 55.2 ft. above sea <br /> level. There were 14 and 11 inches of water flowing over the board closest to the lake. There were 11.5 <br /> and 8.5 inches of water in the stream by the stairs. There were 5.5 inches of rain measured in Barbara's <br /> rain gauge since October 15`x'. Measurements were reported to Drew McManus in Conservation, and he <br /> was asked if plans to cut brush along the path to the cage were still in the plans. He emailed back early <br /> afternoon that he had just finished cutting back brush along the path. He felt he might have to cut back a <br /> bit more. <br /> Conclusions: Lake levels remain stable. Brush on the path has been cut back to the fish way. <br /> [Agenda tvp�e 2] Mission tatenent Update <br /> Discussion: Mike Rapacz proposed that we add the word "health"to the second sentence of our mission <br /> statement so it would read beauty, safety and health of the lake. A motion was made by Mike and <br /> seconded by Don MacDonald. All were in favor. Barbara will let Clay Nicholson know of the change to <br /> correct the mission statement on the Town web site. <br /> Conclusions: The mission statement has been updated. <br />
