Mr. Tavares advised discussions were held with the Agent concerning plantings and note added on .the plan saying they plan to add tree additional blueberry bushes and to loam and seed the area. This is a final presentation. Mr. Sherman advised he has no concerns other than the area where the tarpaper has been for some time; he was not sure loam and seed Will. 'stay on the steep slope. Mr. Pelusi advised he has become sensitive to conservation issues and would help in any way. Cronan, to construct a 121 x 14' wood deck with '3" X 71 511 X 35- 112#' hot tub -attached to existing wood deck at 155 Popponosset Island load. Mr. Everitt of Everitt Const. Co. advised they would like to remove part of an existing deck, extend it out and install a hot tub. There is lawn in that area now, to be removed and gravel put in. The hot tub will be drained back into the laundry system, only once a year. The Board of Health preferred to have it go into the system, rather than a dryell. Ms Pehrman asked how far to the edge of the marsh and was told it is 31 feet to the edge of Mean High Water. Mr. Sherman advised it is a small bank going into a small amount of marsh. There were no comments from the public.
