There wasdis- <br /> cussion of Mr. Desrosiers stepping down as an abutter however it was agreed he <br /> would sit for the hearing but abstain from discussion. A letter to be provided <br /> by the applicant that he has no objection. Wayne Tavares presenting with <br /> Mr. Pelu 1. <br /> Mr. Tavares advised discussions were held with the Agent concerning plantings and <br /> note added on .the plan saying they plan to add tree additional blueberry bushes <br /> and to loam and seed the area. This is a final presentation. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he has no concerns other than the area where the tarpaper has <br /> been for some time; he was not sure loam and seed Will. 'stay on the steep slope. <br /> He suggested a small amount of fabric screen to allow the area to stabilize, grass <br /> will grow right through it. <br /> Mr. Pelusi offered to add another blueberry bush or rola rugosa. <br /> Mr. Sherman felt filter fabric would stabilize the area better and Mr. Tavares <br /> agreed. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers advised an immediate abutter, Eleanor and Francis Salinius, asked <br /> hien to comment that they have no objections to the project. <br /> As ars aside, Mr. Sherman asked Mr. Pelusi, as an attorney, to lend his expertise <br /> to a committee forming on the pond. Mr. Pelusi advised he has become sensitive <br /> to conservation issues and would help in any way. <br /> ORDER OF CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS, ADDED To FLAN: In addition, the <br /> grass seeded area sal be macd with fabric paper and staked. <br /> 8:15 Patricia W. Cronan, to construct a 121 x 14' wood deck with '3" X 71 <br /> 511 <br /> X 35- 112#' hot tub -attached to existing wood deck at 155 Popponosset Island load. <br /> Mr. Everitt of Everitt Const. Co. advised they would like to remove part of an <br /> existing deck, extend it out and install a hot tub. There is lawn in that area <br /> now, to be removed and gravel put in. The hot tub will be drained back into the <br /> laundry system, only once a year. The Board of Health preferred to have it go <br /> into the system, rather than a dryell. <br /> Ms Pehrman asked how far to the edge of the marsh and was told it is 31 feet to <br /> the edge of Mean High Water. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised it is a small bank going into a small amount of marsh. <br /> There were no comments from the public. <br /> HFARM CLOSED., ORDER OF CONDITIONS IM 21 DAYS, <br /> George Regan, for the spreading of wood chips and the after-the-fact <br /> spreading of wood chips at 177 Tamberlane Drive. George Thorng presenting. <br /> The scope of the project is for past and proposed spreading of wood chips in <br /> the 100 foot buffer zone, <br /> Ms Behrman stated the grade is not indicated; it is an especially steep slope. <br /> Mr. Thorng had no problem with prodding additional information.
