The Assessor's Department would co- <br /> sponsor an article. <br /> NOTIFICATION: Language to be written by the Agent to allow large projects to <br /> advertise three times, in lieu of abutter notification. <br /> WILLOW BEND - EXTENSION PERMIT: To be re-issued to include previous agreements <br /> that should have been included. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the language as written; with the <br /> addition of the items mentioned. (Memorandum attached) <br /> JENNIFER B+OL,BROCK: Alphonse Bochanowski came before the Board to advise the <br /> revegetation is not totally completed. They will mulch and plant the grass. <br /> They have made some plantings. A letter provided that the Commission has the <br /> right to an inspection in the fall and to order more plantings, if necessary. <br /> A Certificate of Compliance was requested to enable then to pass papers. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue the Certificate of Compliance with <br /> conditions. <br /> TOM SMITH: It was noted he has not met the provisions of the bylaw with abutter <br /> notification. Mr. Sherman suggested either a positive determdnation and filing <br /> of a Notice of Intent or that he fila another RDA. <br /> The Agent is to contact Mr, Smith, <br /> A letter from WBN R was reviewed,, <br /> Coastal. Zone Management: A letter seeking an endorsement was reviewed. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to endorse Coastal Zone Management. <br /> The Monthly Report was reviewed. <br /> U. MASS COOP. EXT. : Is looking for applicants for their Coverts Program. <br /> VICTOR CLAN: The Commission was advised fir. Claren's daughter is to be married <br /> on Saturday., the 14th, and they would like to dig two 25 ft. trenches on the beach <br /> to hold a fireworks display. This has been approved by Popponesset Inn. The <br /> beach will be cleaned and restored. <br /> Mr. Clamen agreed if there is a problem he would be willing to see that it is <br /> taken care of. Phone numbers were provided for contact purposes, <br /> NICHOLAS D .YO : Mr, & Mrs. Paul DeLuca came before the Corssion. Mr, Sherman <br /> gage the history of the project. The slope has been hydroseeded. This is the <br /> second alteration. A Notice of Intent would be required and they DeLuc s have <br /> agreed they will file. Miskovsky, the contractor, has agreed to put in additional <br /> haybales which,, at moon today, were not put ire, It was agreed above the 100 ft. <br /> lime, they could continue. <br /> Mrs. DeLuca advised the haybales are now in. <br /> Mr. DeLuca stated Mr. Dayos had been given an enforcement order which he gage to <br /> previous landscaper. Ne- was told it was taken care of. They realize how serious <br /> the situation is after meeting with Mr. Sherman and would like to work with the <br /> Commission to do what was supposed to have been done. <br />
