Conservation Commission ,July 26, 1990 Page 5. 9:15 DAVM EDMEN, for a proposed house/garage with wooden deck, well and septic system; demolition and removal of a portion of an existing dwelling at Bayview Road, Dave Sanicki presented with Mr. & Mrs, Holden. They are proposing to renovate the front of an existing structure to a garage and raise the rear and build to the center of the lot. A new well is proposed with a service line on the water side. This will be no closer to the water, going horizontally across. The Conservation Agent delineated the wetland on- site. The septic is 129 feet from the wetland. Mr. Sherman .stated he has n concerns with the project. Mrs. Sirmnons questioned whether there is an outhouse on this lot? Mr. Sanicki advised there is a sanitary facility in the house. Mr. Holden advised it has not been used as an outhouse for years. Concerning the float, Mr. -Sanicki advised it is seasonal.. Mrs. Sons requested pictures and a- document tion of size, Dorothy Studley, owner of lot 50, care forward to view the plans. She voiced no opposition. Plans done on July 1988, for another client, were reviewed which showed a stairway existed. Steps were rebuilt in the same place with CCA treated ties and haybales were placed at the edge of the wetland. Steps were constructed with open-jointed landings. No heavy machinery was used, however, no permit was obtained, Mr. Sherman advised the lot is in the process of changing hands and he issued an enforcement order to the present owner. There is some disturbance beyond where it was put in. The new owner, Mr. Berans, stated he wants to do additional land- scaping. Mr. Sherman was concerned with what will happen to the disturbed area beyond the walkway. He felt that only the walkway could be conditioned and that the disturbed area would have to be the subject of another order of Conditions. Mr. Sla insky felt another landscape plan could be brought in, in addition to the plan presented. This was a problem at the closing of the property. Mr. Sherman stated the Commission would have to know who is going to be responsible for the disturbance 4 feet on either side before the hearing is closed. . Slavinsky asked for a continuance.
