Conservation Commission <br /> ,July 26, 1990 <br /> Page 5. <br /> 9:15 DAVM EDMEN, for a proposed house/garage with wooden deck, well and <br /> septic system; demolition and removal of a portion of an existing dwelling <br /> at Bayview Road, Dave Sanicki presented with Mr. & Mrs, Holden. They are <br /> proposing to renovate the front of an existing structure to a garage and <br /> raise the rear and build to the center of the lot. A new well is proposed <br /> with a service line on the water side. This will be no closer to the water, <br /> going horizontally across. The Conservation Agent delineated the wetland on- <br /> site. The septic is 129 feet from the wetland. <br /> Mr. Sherman .stated he has n concerns with the project. <br /> Mrs. Sirmnons questioned whether there is an outhouse on this lot? <br /> Mr. Sanicki advised there is a sanitary facility in the house. Mr. Holden <br /> advised it has not been used as an outhouse for years. <br /> Concerning the float, Mr. -Sanicki advised it is seasonal.. Mrs. Sons requested <br /> pictures and a- document tion of size, <br /> Dorothy Studley, owner of lot 50, care forward to view the plans. She voiced no <br /> opposition. <br /> IMARING CLOSIM - ORDER of CONDITIONS IN 21 DAYS. <br /> 9:30 NICK DREPANOS, to pernuit a reconstructed stairway to remain in place as <br /> built at 82 waterway. <br /> Elizabeth Terry w s. appointed to act as voting member as Mr. Homeyer left the <br /> room. <br /> John Slvin.sky presented abutter receipts. Plans done on July 1988, for another <br /> client, were reviewed which showed a stairway existed. Steps were rebuilt in <br /> the same place with CCA treated ties and haybales were placed at the edge of the <br /> wetland. Steps were constructed with open-jointed landings. No heavy machinery <br /> was used, however, no permit was obtained, <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the lot is in the process of changing hands and he issued an <br /> enforcement order to the present owner. There is some disturbance beyond where <br /> it was put in. The new owner, Mr. Berans, stated he wants to do additional land- <br /> scaping. Mr. Sherman was concerned with what will happen to the disturbed area <br /> beyond the walkway. He felt that only the walkway could be conditioned and that <br /> the disturbed area would have to be the subject of another order of Conditions. <br /> Mr. Sla insky felt another landscape plan could be brought in, in addition to the <br /> plan presented. This was a problem at the closing of the property. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the Commission would have to know who is going to be responsible <br /> for the disturbance 4 feet on either side before the hearing is closed. <br /> .
