Conservation Commission <br /> July 26, 1990 <br /> Page 9. <br /> Mr. Coffey asked if they will want to build those garages and was told it is the <br /> only solution to provide two parking spaces for those houses. <br /> .LI A - Request for amended order: A plan with overview was shown. <br /> There is a reduction on the water side. The house is not smaller; the reduced <br /> area has been added to the landward side of the structure. There is a 1-1/27 <br /> change in impervious area. The gravel driveway is to be narrower and no trees F <br /> existing on the site are proposed to be removed; grass areas are the same. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if the location of the pool would change and was told no, and <br /> there is a reduction in the pool deck. He read from the D.E.P. policy manual re <br /> amended orders vs new Notices of Intent that the Comaission should consider if <br /> the purpose has changed substantially, or scope or impact would be increased. <br /> He noted, if accepted as an amended order, under the bylaw notices would have to <br /> be seat out and a hearing held. <br /> Mrs. Simmons stated she would like to review the minutes before making a decision. <br /> LANE: A. M.
